Enhanced Bioavailability with Microcapsules

This paper from researchers in Australia describe the use of dry hybrid-silica nanoparticle based microcapsules made from lipid oils that lead to almost a 2X increase in bioavailability of indomethacin in rats.  The microcapsules improve oral absorption by enhancing lipolysis and drug dissolution.  Very cool!
