This review is fantastic! It goes into the various mechanisms used by heme containing enzymes (P450, NOS, and HO) to catalyze their reactions. I liked all the electron pushing the authors used as well as the new and interesting argument (at least to me) for the 2nd step in the NOS reaction. Silverman is a leader in the enzyme mechanism field and doesn't disappoint here.
