This 2008 paper by Pelkonen et. al. from the University of Oulu is a fantastic review of the induction and inhibition of human CYP450s. I've been a big fan of this group's research for a long time. The tables are a great reference for anyone involved in CYP450 research and especially for those of us working in pharma concerned about DDIs.
