Huh? Squaw?? Really???

I saw this cartoon in the paper today and have a hard time understanding how it made it past the editor.  I also had a hard time even making sense of what the hell the character is talking about.  Not to mention that squaw is an offensive term.  What is going on in JC Duffy's little head???!!  No wonder Whitey loves the comics section - one day's print  probably keeps him occupied for days!!
